Please join the Pediatrics Interest Group and Sloane Society this Thursday April 19, at 12:15 pm in the Historical Collections (bottom floor of HSL) for Dr. Jeffery Baker’s talk: Constructing the “Refrigerator Mother”: A New Interpretation of Autism’s Most Notorious Myth.” This talk should be very interesting as Dr. Baker will be covering the controversy regarding the link between vaccinations and autism.
Dr. Baker is a Professor of Pediatrics and the Director of the History of Medicine Program at Duke.
There will be a pizza lunch provided.
